Ashley Crossland

Ashley Crossland is a Barrister at Level 22 Chambers and has a broad equity and commercial practice. He appears regularly in the Supreme Court and has been a lecturer in Torts and Administrative Law at the University of Sydney.

In his presentation Ashley looks at the connections between Elder Abuse and Wills, the nagging issue of capacity, the Banks test and practitioner’s duties. He then takes us on an excursion through the legal panorama which is statutory Will-making. A ‘must hear’ for all those who prepare Wills for clients.
