David Alexander Brown is the principal of Brown & Partners solicitors and was admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1973 and the High Court in 1976. He is a highly experienced solicitor, specializing in company, commercial and insolvency Law for over 30 years. He has directed his insolvency practice into the business reconstruction end of the market  and is respected in the industry for his innovation, ability to resolve difficult situations in everybody’s interests and understanding of the realities of ‘the market-place’. He is a founding member and Chairman of Brothers and Sisters in law, incorporated in 2007. He is a regular speaker on radio, and at seminars and conferences.
