Mark Dalyell is the principal of MMD Law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of NSW and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of New England. He was admitted to practice as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia. Mark attended The Royal Military College, Duntroon before embarking on a lengthy career as firstly a soldier and then an Officer in the Army Reserve. Then, after a career in the finance industry which spanned more than 20 years he decided to pursue the career and work that he really wanted – the law, and commenced study for his law degree part-time as a mature age student, whilst working full time. He is the presenter of the legal module at the Traffic Offenders Intervention Program conducted by North Sydney PCYC, and he is committed to the principles of social capital and to contributing to the community.
