Nigel has been in practice as a Barrister since 1981 and has recently retired. His experience includes being Assistant Commissioner, ICAC, re Grains Board Enquiry, representing regulators and has regulated commercial administrative tribunals. His primary areas of practice have included include commercial litigation, both civil and criminal (prosecution and defence), IT and convergent technologies. He has been an occasional lecturer on technology in practice to interested lawyers, including the economics of trade practices regulation.
